This form collects the exact information a mobile detailer needs before confirming a job: package, vehicle size, condition, location, timing, water/power access, and special notes.
What happens after the request?
- The customer sends the request with the package and vehicle details.
- Saunders reviews the details and checks the schedule.
- He replies with an approval, a better time, or a suggested package change.
For now, the site can still fall back to email/Booksy. Once the Fivemanage backend is enabled, customers can upload vehicle photos directly with the request, and those temporary photos can be deleted after the job is completed.

A few things that help the appointment go smooth.
Mobile detailing works best when the vehicle is parked somewhere safe with enough room to work around it. If water or power is not available, include that in the request so the owner can confirm what is possible.

✓ Mention pet hair, stains, odors, or heavy mud ahead of time.
✓ Send photos if the vehicle needs extra review.
✓ Final appointment is not locked in until confirmed.
